Description: In the Fall of 2004, Washtenaw County created the Blueprint to End Homelessness, a bold vision for eliminating homelessness in Washtenaw County by 2014. We now have a solid foundation and have framed out a dynamic infrastructure for:
• linking supportive housing and services;
• creating new partnerships preventing homelessness; and
• making real change happen.
