The National Health Care for the Homeless Council has prepared descriptions of targeted federal homeless programs in the United States, three of which (HCH, THP, and PATH) provide support for homeless health care. These papers describe the history and purpose of each program, and summarize appropriations and related legislation recommended by the National Council for FY 2009.
